Great service, horrible food. Steak sub had peppers that weren't cooked, Mayo, and a hair in it. My turkey and provolone sub came warm with the cheese melted and the bread all soggy. I've never had a traditional cold sub warm before. So awful. When I called Desiree said you have to ask for a cold sub because they all come warm. So bizarre and disturbing.

At first this place was amazing! Super fast service, great food. The food is still great but the service is terrible. The last 3 times I went inside, employees would see me enter and not come take my order up front. I would stand there for more than 5 minutes. No one would acknowledge my existence with a one minute or I'll get to you soon.

The only problem we had about this store were the "GNATS" that kept flying our food but overall, it was good. If they can get rid of their (GNat) problem, this place would be even better.

Firehouse seriously have the best subs. The veggie sub and the tuna sub are my absolute favorite. The chili is spot on and I refuse to believe someone’s grandmother isn’t in their kitchen making it. The Mac and cheese is bomb too. We order from them at least 2-3 a week! Never disappointed! Highly recommend!

Ordered steak sub to go. Got home 30 minutes later and bottom of sub was soaked and fell apart. Loaded with mushrooms that I didn't order, and my wife and I don't eat. $15.00 sub for the dog!
Small dine in restaurant. Ordered a medium Philly cheese, more peppers than meat. Recommend a large, kind of on the small side. Friendly service, tho.

Great service with friendly employees. They seemed happy to be there. I travel for work and visit a lot of FH Subs. This is the first one I have seen with the individual hot sauce packets. Pretty cool! I hope it spreads to others.

Not only do they pride themselves in a clean atmosphere, the service is awesome. Before they were closing they didn’t complain nor yell about it and made the last few sandwiches of the day before closing. They were so kind to do this and even though I can’t remember the lady’s name, she definitely deserves
