Lately my orders are not correct. I will order 3 large unsweet teas as the only item in my order and more times than not it's incorrect. Last night I order a few other items and 3 of the 4 drinks were wrong.

McDonald's is a welcoming restaurant with excellent atmosphere and kid-friendly amenities, including games for children. The service is commendable, with staff willing to go the extra mile to help customers, although experiences can vary. Some recent reviews mention the drive-thru experience, where interactions with staff were not always positive, with reports of employees lacking greetings or smiles. While the restaurant is clean and the outside areas are neat and tidy, there have been concerns about inconsistent food quality, particularly with cold fries. Despite the challenges, management has handled complaints well, but there are suggestions for improvement in service and employee training to enhance the overall experience.
