It was Father's Day and I arrived just before the rush! Been here only a handful of times, good experience each time.
Long wait and ugh there was a physical fight
Franklin was our server tonight. I am a person very old school friendly polite and professional REALLY matter. FRANKLIN not only demonstrated every before mentioned but he was incredibly kind and very helpful.
He is ABSOLUTELY the kindest and most professional person I have encountered in 6 years and Coming in to ihop after a very scary day with my mom and all we needed was kindness and Franklin gives us both that and much more before we even sat down.

IHOP is a restaurant where customers have mixed experiences. While some wait for long periods of time, others have enjoyable visits. The Sonic Specials are a highlight, with friendly waitresses and managers ensuring that customers have everything they need. Omelets, pancakes, and coffee were awesome. The person who served us was good, and jamie was a sweet, hilarious server who provided great service. The food came out so fast and was delicious. Brandon was the best server. However, cleanliness issues have been reported, including a slight odor and cloudy windows. It was a tad cold in the restaurant, and the bathrooms looked nasty. Despite these concerns, IHOP remains a recommendable destination for those seeking a good meal.
