Arrived in curbside pickup parking A few minutes before the order was supposed to be ready.Saw the indicator change that's in my order was ready and I figured it would be out shortly.15 minutes later and still no delivery I called inside to speak to someone. The phone rang and non-stop for over 2 minutes before anyone even picked it up.Another swing and a miss. Maybe you guys just get rid of curbside parking?

Waited in curb side for 20 mins for my online order before I had to walk in it was like 15 people inside so it wasn't busy me an 4 other customers waited an additional 20 mins before somone came up to us everybody else walked past us finally gotnmy order an food was cold after waiting an hour for it after pick up time boneless wings and stake were hard and stale not happy spending over $50 for garbageNeed subscribers doe hit me on youtube (markell mims) lol hopefully they can subscribe and make it up to me

Sat around for 35 minutes before a waitress came over to our table. Then they couldn't cook my steak properly n messed it up twice. I gave a 3 ? because the Manager really did try n fix the situation, but the waitress seemed like she could care

The blatant disregard for maintaining standards left me utterly disillusioned. Furthermore, the service I encountered was abysmal, failing to meet even the most rudimentary expectations. The lackluster performance of the staff underscored a disconcerting lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.As I begrudgingly indulged in their classic American burger and fries, I was struck by the stark disparity between the lackluster presentation and the exorbitant prices charged. It was a stark reminder of the disparity between expectation and reality, and indeed, a disheartening testament to the erosion of Applebee's once-reputable standing in the culinary landscape.In stark contrast, memories flooded back of more satisfying experiences at establishments such as Burger King, where even a humble burger and fries were imbued with a semblance of care and attention to detail absent from my recent encounter at Applebee's.As a discerning patron who values quality and holds businesses accountable for their promises, I cannot help but express profound disappointment and disillusionment with Applebee's apparent disregard for maintaining even a modicum of integrity in their offerings.
