KFC in Rochester

“One of, if not the best KFC I have been in, in a very long time. Customer service: 5*, only seconds after entering the facility I was greeted, and my order was taken. ; Food: 5*, quick on delivery to the counter, HOT !! and with a very well appreciated ☺ smile. Facility: Dining room very neat and CLEAN!! floors clean, tables clean and the front counter, very neat tidy and yes CLEAN! Overall, if I could give higher than a five * rating, for this particular crew and visit, I would give it... I hope a supervisor and/or management staff read this and commend this crew from kitchen staff to front counter, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB !!“

“Went there for lunch on the Fourth of July, went through the drive through and Shay our order taker had an amazing attitude and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at ANY fast food restaurant. Even with the heat, humidity and it being a holiday, Shay went above and beyond to make this experience amazing. She deserves to be a manger or a serious raise!“

“I've been a total of two times before, and both times the people who took my order were exceptional. Brian took our order this most recent time, and he was incredibly helpful taking our order and making conversation with us while we were eating. He asked us about ourselves and was very friendly and nice to talk to.“

“It's been a while since I came to KFC because if a bad experience last time. This time, it was different! The young lady that was behind the counter told her she was going to have everything fresh for me. I really appreciated that. Everything was hot and fresh. The fries had just come up. It was awesome! Thank you!“

“I'm disappointed the Senior Citizen 10% discount has been replaced with a free drink at the 3208 Chili AveRochester, NY 14624. I purchase the 10 pc dark meat bucket w a large side of mac and cheese w two biscuits. Take out and go home where I have what I want to drink.PS: This page does not have the address for the Chili store.“
