The brand new- 3208 Chili Avenue, (#G135949) Rochester, NY- new location, is terrible.
Non-existent counter service, bad attitudes from employees. slow to deliver, burnt food, partial order missing. Should have expected it.
I just want to give 5 stars to the 2 young white women working today on new years eve 12/31/25 and the young black woman working the drive through and front counter and also shout them out for such an excellent service my wife Tatianna ordered us KFC for new years eve dinner through doordash for pick up we didnt feel like cooking after thanksgiving dinner and xmas dinner we just wanted to relax and she came back home saying how the ladies had gotten cussed out by some woman before...read full review
The food is always delicious at KFC but its takes forever to get your food especially in drive through i sat and waited for 20 minutes the inside could be cleaner but the people are nice and friendly
