The brand new- 3208 Chili Avenue, (#G135949) Rochester, NY- new location, is terrible.
Non-existent counter service, bad attitudes from employees. slow to deliver, burnt food, partial order missing. Should have expected it.

The food was fresh and hot! I got a Wednesday special. I went about 1pm. Lunchtime when the food is normally hot at any restaurant.
At 4 p.m., out of white chicken. Took the last two crispy beasts preferring original. Chicken was rubbery, smelled greasy. Normally satisfying, not this time.

KFC at 3208 Chili Ave in Rochester, NY 14624 offers a new, clean dining space with fast drive-through service. Customers enjoy the fantastic food, especially the biscuits. Some find the management less friendly while missing the Senior Citizen discount. Overall, it is a convenient spot for a satisfying meal on the go.
