“I ordered the steak burrito yesterday. The beef was so tough and grisly it was hard to chew. My biggest concern was it wasn’t hot. I ate there and opened it immediately. If the food isn’t up to temperature it can cause food poisoning. I wrapped it up and brought it home to heat up. Still grisly.“

“The food came out pretty quickly. It was good but my tacos,hard shell, fell apart. I got my food to go, so I wasn't inside the store, but what I saw through the windows looked clean. I called back to complain about the dorrito taco shells falling apart and the manager, Louis handled the situation like a Pro. He listened to my complaints, was sympathetic, and gave me a credit to replace my complaint and a drink. Louis made me feel like I was important and a valued customer, not to mention completely satisfied by his handling of my situation. I would recommend this location to anyone when Louis is the manager in charge.“
