“Great atmosphere, great staff. Had the ribeye, asada and pork belly tacos and split chips, queso and elote. Asada taco was good, queso was a bit too salty and was the 1st thing we had so it may have stepped on the other food a bit. Best thing was mixing queso into elote and dipping chips into it. Together they were Great! Would absolutely go back.“

“I normally don’t do reviews on places. Tonight I ran out of the house quick and on my way home I wanted mighty. Once I got up to the window I realized I totally forgot my purse. My Apple Pay wasn’t working on my phone ether. Miller, one of the workers tonight was very patient and we were able to type in my card thankfully. Most drive thru places workers wouldn’t take the time or energy to do that so great job!!“

“Came here for a quick bite to eat at around 4pm on a Wednesday. They had happy hour margaritas and I ordered the carne asada street tacos. Their salsa station was fresh and fully stocked. Service was attentive and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place! I will definitely be back ?“
“We ordered takeout today and the food was delicious. There was only 2 issues. I ordered 2 extra flour tortillas which I didn’t receive. No salsa for our chips. I totally understand forgetting both. Today is Cinco De Mayo and my son that picked up the food said they were so busy people were packed out into the parking lot. Other than those two things I would totally recommend this place. We will definitely order from here again or possibly dine in next time!“
“I had the carnitas it was delicious. It was served with rice, pico di gallo, beans and tortillas shells and it was excellent. My sister had the supreme quesadilla and it was delicious as well. My husband had the beef chimichangas and really enjoyed them. They where crispy and equally delicious. Our waiter was incredible and took great care of our table. We had a wonderful meal and excellent experience.“
“My family and I are consistently up and down transit between Sheridan and Wehrle for our girls various activities throughout the week and we are always in the search for a great place to quickly stop and grab good food. We all love Mexican food and this place is our new favorite spot for quick Mexican cuisine because of the authentic experience. The flavor combinations were incredible and they somehow made salsa and guacamole taste different/better than I have had at any other quick Mexican take-out spot. We ended up dining in and listened to some great music and played fooseball before and after our meal. I can’t wait to go back for dinner because it really pleased the whole family and offered so many new flavors. This is how Mexican food is supposed to taste! “Better then expected for NY Mexican food. Steak fajitas were really tender. Combo plate was good. It's just that it needs more flavor, spice. It's good tasting just doesn't have the pop of excellent western Mexican cuisine.“
“Loved this place, Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. Menu had so many options it was hard to choose. The food is homemade, large portions and very good. It seems like a very busy place just about every table was full. They have a lot of interesting things hanging on the walls, a machine that tells your fortune. I definitely could have spent more time walking around the place to see what else they had but like I said it was busy and I didn’t want to be in the way. We had artichoke dip for an appetizer. For entrees we had chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak and beef stroganoff.“

“All food was good. We enjoyed the chile relleno the most. Wasn't fried with flour and egg whites like most. Was a roasted chile with cheese and a light red sauce. Best thing to eat if you are watching your calories. I've actually started making them this way at home.They are quick, simple and very tasty. “I found a dish I will forever dream about!! Burrito El Toro... the most amazing flavors all on one dish, and a big enough plate to eat off of for days! The value alone is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not only was the food amazing, but the service, and timing were just as good. Super friendly, kind, and caring staff. Even though I had the burrito, I may have found my new favorite taco Tuesday spot!!“
“We go there for lunch it's usually empty. The food is good for the price and comes out quickly. The staff is always polite and talkative. However, once we went for dinner and the amount of birthdays they had was insane. They bring the staff out to sing and there are some sparkler theatrics but it was constant throughout the entire meal. If that's not your cup of tea I suggest finding another mexican restaurant. That was my only gripe.“

“My friends and I come here for their fantastic nachos. Served with fresh homemade chip it is truly one of the best indulgences when you're craving something savory and light to accompany happy hour or as a treat before catching a movie next door tat the AMC. I treated myself to their mexican fried ice cream and it did not disappoint either. Watch out for their specials too!“
“Our server was so kind, and even taught me a new trick to hold my baby car seat in a high chair. This way he wasn’t on the ground. He was very friendly, and took care of us right away. “I ordered catering for lunch from this location and it was delivered on time, very courteous and informative staff, order was completely accurate and plenty of food for the group. It’s a solid 20 minutes from the location and the food was very hot and the cold items were very cold. This experience would encourage me from ordering for myself if needed. “This branch of Chick Mex is located inside my college SUNY University at Buffalo's campus, in the UB Commons area alongside other good restaurants, clothing, accessories shops etc. Went here for the first time to get some dinner last weekend one night, two staff serving in the shop during that time were very polite, attentive, welcoming, and very friendly. Got a 'halal chicken over rice, which I would recommend with either any other protein as I would chicken. The staff did not mind adding more than one sauce on it when I asked them to. Also got a monster burrito, and both of them tasted so good and fresh. There were tables and chairs when I got to the shop several minutes before 9pm, so no customers were there, but I can guarantee the service and atmosphere in general would be very friendly, welcoming, comforting and relaxingly.“
