“I actually love this restaurant. I frequent here, because the food is great, the staff is friendly and welcoming, it’s clean, and they actually remember you! There was a time my order wasn’t right, it was the end of the evening (I had takeout), so they were closed by the time I was home and noticed. I called and left a message, and the manager called me back, pretty early the next day. She resolved it, and was just very pleasant.“

“My girlfriend and I were same side sitting and Africa by TOTO came on. I started dancing with my arms above my head and slowly heard the music turning up. “Dominique always greets me with a smile. She always says my name and ask how I'm doing. She is the perfect Mighty Taco employee. All the employees there are professional and make very good quality food. The culture of this store has done a 180. I had two Mighty tacos hot with sour cream last night and they were so good. I came back today and had the same thing and they were just as good.“

“Hubby and I had Sunday lunch. The mojito was great with local beer on tap for hubby. Salsa had a good bite to it and chips were readily refilled. He said his carnitas in the California burrito were perfect. My enchiladas rancheras were filling. We enjoyed it !“
“I came here the week it was opened, and the food I got was honestly pretty bad. The rice, chicken, and beans all had literally no flavor. The corn salsa tasted different, the barbacoa was dry, and they were out of the dressing for salads. I left a review then, but I went again on 6/12 and it was so good! It tasted like normal Chipotle, the portions were good, and the person working the counter was great. 5/5 for sure“

“I’m celiac and get very sick if I have gluten, and I asked the girl making the food if she would change her gloves, and she actually went to get more utensils that hadn’t touched anything with gluten, asked if I wanted her to grab new ingredients, and changed her gloves. “We live out of town but come to Mighty Taco whenever we're in town! This is a nice Mighty Taco ! Nice size dining area! Lots of seating! Close to the Galleria Mall! My daughter loves the food so much better than Taco Bell!

“I think you need to take the sauce out of the meat. When someone asks for no sauce it shouldn't be spicy. Also you need to bring back the original apple & cherry empanada.
