Came in for breakfast ,,, red headed lady at counter did not say good morning, had a very bad attitude.. I've been coming to this McDonald's since 1986 and I won't be coming back here for the very rude service... Even when I got my food, which was okay.. I said have a nice day and she just turns away like customer service does not matter to them.. very horrible service....
I got to the drive through at 815 pulled out of the parking lot at 835. Waited ten minutes for change. Knocked on the window to say I could use my debit instead the girl told me to quit knocking they were getting change. Really rude. Maybe use your words to tell me. I’ll go to Tim Horton next time.

The staff has, for the most part, always been friendly. However, missing items is frequent and instructions are not followed, which can lead to a terrible service. When it’s good it’s good, when it’s not it’s bad. It is a great asset to the community as it provides employment to many youth. Overall, McDonald's provides a generally satisfactory dining experience.
