The few times that we've stopped into this Taco Bell location, the service has been really slow, but the food was decent. They seem to be perpetually short staffed, which causes them to get really backed up on orders. If you're short on time, I'd find somewhere else to stop for food.
We were passing through Bath on a roadtrip on I86. We ordered ahead on the app. When we arrived, the food wasn't ready even 15 minutes past the supposed ready time. Then, being in a rush, we didn't check our order until back on the highway and discovered 3 crunchy tacos missing and in our Deluxe Lux box, there was nacho cheese but no chips. At first, I stopped into the drive thru a couple of times as I regularly have to drive across NY state. Now I kind of include it as my lunch stop if I’m driving during that time. The staff here is always so friendly, accommodating and professional. The experience is so consistent that on my drives, I wait to go to this location because it’s actually that good. Taco Bell in Bath, NY offers a great dining experience with polite, professional, and helpful staff. The restaurant is well-run, never messes up orders, and processes them quickly. The menu includes delicious food and accommodates vegetarian and wheelchair-accessible options, making it kid-friendly and accessible for all. The staff provides excellent customer experience, even under pressure, and the place has friendly staff, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking. Food can take some time to come, possibly due to pick-up orders, but the team's effort and hospitality make it a great stop, as seen in many first-time experiences, such as a great first Taco Bell experience with amazing and fresh food.
