“This is one of the better McDonalds in Elmira / Horseheads. The food is usually warm, the tables OK not to many undesirables in this location.

Also it has the $5 meal deal which we love.

I really cannot think of anything negative about this McDonald's.

The one in Southport does not offer this deal and the one in North Main is less than desirable in my opinion aka bad neighborhood and undesirables floating around.

Just our opinion having been to all a few plus times. 👍“

“all the food was wrong, no sauces. claimed the order I placed online wasn't in the system and eventhough I was charged, the response I got was "I don't know what to tell ya, but have a nice day" by some kid who wasn't even the manager because the manager didn't want to take a few steps over to the window and actually talk to me.“

“My son has been coming here for a while and told me it's the best food and he was right. We came from Corning because the food is so good definitely worth the drive for sure. it's been a while since I've been to a restaurant that I felt completely at home. the cheeseburger and fries were fresh and absolutely delicious. It was also huge. I brought half home. I will definitely be going back. my new go to place and I highly recommend all go. you won't be disappointed. it is like family.“

“Pretty sad Pizza place twice now we have ordered pizza from this place and twice have been told allegedly we called Horseheads clearly we called your 562 7000 number as it states on Google but avail no pizza..very rude man behind counter denying I called that store almost to the point of yelling no you called Horseheads when I did not. Get your s×!t together and maybe clean your alleged store!! will never be going back! plus side I called Horseheads and she was very friendly and denied ever receiving our call verifying that it was Big Flats and they do it alot! Proof in the pudding that it was your pizza place called! Thanks for making my kids go without dinner till 730 because I had to call aniellios and wait another 30 mins for dinner!!!“

“Hosted a surprise birthday party here and was quite impressed by the service. We had the whole back room to ourselves (minus one table), the owner accommodated all food requests, everything came out on time as planned. Our server was FANTASTIC, attentive to all guests, friendly. We had a nice time.“
