“Stopped in for breakfast. The place is awesome! I sat down at the counter and set my coffee cup down and the server asked right away if I wanted coffee in it. I ordered a Western Omelet which was huge and delicious. It is the quintessential diner.“
“My boyfriend and I stopped here driving through on a weekend trip. The service, food, and atmosphere were great. I had the blue cheeseburger, and he had the steakhouse burger. Both were terrific. Big burgers!! The onion rings were my favorite. Oh, and the homemade ranch dressing was fantastic. Highly recommend! ?“

“The waitress was friendly and the restaurant had character but there are some needed updates that need to be made such as the table tops. It was Friday night fish fry and we had the broiled fish which was not fresh at all and the stuffed fish which was mediocre at best. The cole slaw and bread was very good. “really? this is listed as a restaurant? does rosar's even serve food? i was unaware. anyways, i love this place. awful, hilarious tunes on the jukebox, pool, video games and darts, and the cheapest beers in horseheads. the men's bathroom door says bears. did i mention this place is located next to a gun shop? i love horseheads. really busy on breaks from school (the only time i'm there, really) but kinda dead otherwise.“

“Food was excellent, atmosphere was relaxing, and service was impeccable. There is a large selection of items to choose from, as well as some entree substitutions if you're just not in the mood for a burger. Gregory was a blast of a host. He was very informative and gave us some terrific suggestions when we just couldn't decide. A bit of a warning though: If you get the mud slide pie, expect to need some help. It's enormous! “I stop here everytime I travel into the area. Have always wanted to try your mac n cheese varieties, but haven't wanted it as an entire meal. It would be really cool if you had mac n cheese as a side or as an appetizer, or to go extreme give people an option to do a "flight" of mac n cheese like some breweries do.“
