Yeah, it’s probably been 25 years since I last had a bourbon street steak, but when did the garlic butter replace the sweet honey glaze I remember?

However, the baby back ribs were pretty tasty, and much better than the ones Longhorn served us.

The star of the day was our server, Traci P. Just the right amount of sass with that sweetness which left smiles on our faces. Her iced water was pretty good too.

“This will be slightly long-winded but it's necessary. Sam's is seriously the only place in The Valley where it feels like coming home after a rough day, week, month. The staff are bar-none and treat everyone there like family. I'm a Tuesday regular, for their karaoke nights, and every time it feels like I'm performing right in my living room. Inviting, supportive, caring, and warm. No egos, just encouragement. The patrons that flock to this establishment are kind, silly, respectful and fun-loving, and this is due in a massive part to their zero-tolerance policy for those that can't conduct themselves as grown adults. The atmosphere is laid back and come-as-you are; which is especially important in an area where being a little weird/alternative isn't always greeted with the warmth that everyone deserves. They provide this level of acceptance and support in spades. The food is brilliant, home style, made to order and Kim is constantly updating the menu in an effort to keep things exciting and accommodating. I adore Sam's and ESPECIALLY the staff that work tirelessly to foster a culture of respect, fun, love, talent, and making sure everyone has a seat at the table. “Came through on a visit and stopped by Tommaso’s on a friends recommendation - and I’m so glad we did… It’s a hidden gem in Chemung, with delicious food, a mix of well crafted cocktails, and a staff that was on point! The owners making their way over to us to be sure we were well taken care of was everything- what a nice and humble couple! It was a great atmosphere and right on the golf course. A definite return on my next visit with more time for a round or two of golf for sure!“

“I've had just about everything on the menu. This time I went there for the fish fry. It's the same price as other places, but it comes with Mac and cheese also. The fish is huge, and was done perfectly.

The server was really good. Hes a hard worker, and has a really good sense of humor. It made our visit good. All around great atmosphere! Would go there again and again. I haven't been disappointed by even one thing on the menu so far.“
