“My 2 boys and I were passing through and were looking for a place to have breakfast. After reading reviews we decided to come here and we had such a nice experience. We were instantly greeted when we walked in the door and the displays of goodies were enticing. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and a cinnamon roll, and we were all very pleased with the food and how friendly the staff was. They had a good variety of sandwiches, breakfast, options, bakery goods, and drinks… If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend!“
“All the positive review comments you read about this place are correct. It is "MacDonalds" fast for "Crackerbarrel" quality food. Our waitress, Michelle" gave us a recommendation to visit Gettysburg which we did and it was a 5-star attraction.“
“Small hole in the wall brunch place in Owego. Love the ambiance. It looks small from the outside but inside is a lot more spacious than expected. The food was good and they had a lot of different options. Would recommend giving it a try if you're in the area. Maybe make a reservation because they get busy quickly.“

“This place is lovely. I've been going for 5 years, and here's what I love: The owner and the waitresses make an effort to remember you. They remember your favorite orders, how you like them, and sometimes you can come in and get what you want without having to ask. The eggs are incredible. I tried the eggs at the diner down the road on 17C, they were abysmal. But the eggs here at Harris Diner are always perfect, not too "eggy" in taste, but rather light and pleasant. Coffee is fresh, they have great soup, and one of the waitresses cooks some great pies, which gives you a wide dessert selection. If I had one minor complaint, the prices have gone up a little. But the service, quality of the food, ambience, and the familial interactions with Mr. Harris and his company are all worth it. Please stop by if you're traveling, you won't regret it!“

Still in operation the Parkview Inn has 16 rooms on the 2nd floor & The Dugan House Restaurant & Pub is on the 1st. There's a wide variety of foods to choose from. Friendly, comical Jason pulls a chair up to your table while taking your order & is ready to answer questions about the folk lore of this establishment's haunting. “Sandy's service was flawless, we had a party of 10 for brunch 2 children included...she was patient and kind. I felt as though I was visiting family...all of the staff were genuinely kind. I ordered the Maryland crab cakes Benedict...it was perfect. I enjoyed the home fries, and I loved the poached eggs, which I am typically not a fan of because they're usually not the texture that I prefer, but these poached eggs were perfect (I mean not soft and slimy). The crab cakes were more crab (real crab) than breading. Nothing was too greasy, not even the home fries. The spinach on the eggs Benedict was sauteed with the perfect amount of seasoning, it wasn't too salty and it didn't lack flavor. The cocktails were definitely worth it! I had a bloody Mary, and my mom had a margarita which I tried, and it's not watered down. I believe that my nephew had mimosas...three of them lol. It was the best dining experience I've had in years. I just moved back from Atlanta, glad to get great food and be treated as a guest.“
