Pizza

“I’ve lived in NYC and Philly and this pizza has to best I’ve ever had. I got the spicy kielbasa with red sauce - the sausage was spicy, jalapeños were fresh, the dough, sauce, everything was masterful. This isn’t a traditional pizzeria, it’s right next to an eponymous bar and you text the order to a number. The chef then brings you the pie from I guess his personal kitchen? Not exactly sure. The bar was great vibes and traffic picks up later at night.“

“Small hole in the wall brunch place in Owego. Love the ambiance. It looks small from the outside but inside is a lot more spacious than expected. The food was good and they had a lot of different options. Would recommend giving it a try if you're in the area. Maybe make a reservation because they get busy quickly.“

“Best place you can get a drink out from Leonardo’s. They also have non-alcoholic options like regular or diet sodas, but I chose coke. The owner here is very nice, you should stop by and to say “Hi!” and buy yourself a drink whenever you are feeling thirsty.“

Owego's Historic Park View Hotel & Irish Pub Bar • $
145 Front St, Owego

“This little gem is nestled on the corner of Park & Front St's, right next to the Susquehanna River. Still in operation the Parkview Inn has 16 rooms on the 2nd floor & The Dugan House Restaurant & Pub is on the 1st. There's a wide variety of foods to choose from. Friendly, comical Jason pulls a chair up to your table while taking your order & is ready to answer questions about the folk lore of this establishment's haunting. Check out hauntedhistorytrail.com for more info. The old fashioned Meatloaf, Mash Potatoes & Vegetables is a good choice.“

“Sandy's service was flawless, we had a party of 10 for brunch 2 children included...she was patient and kind. I felt as though I was visiting family...all of the staff were genuinely kind. I ordered the Maryland crab cakes Benedict...it was perfect. I enjoyed the home fries, and I loved the poached eggs, which I am typically not a fan of because they're usually not the texture that I prefer, but these poached eggs were perfect (I mean not soft and slimy). The crab cakes were more crab (real crab) than breading. Nothing was too greasy, not even the home fries. The spinach on the eggs Benedict was sauteed with the perfect amount of seasoning, it wasn't too salty and it didn't lack flavor. The cocktails were definitely worth it! I had a bloody Mary, and my mom had a margarita which I tried, and it's not watered down. I believe that my nephew had mimosas...three of them lol. It was the best dining experience I've had in years. I just moved back from Atlanta, glad to get great food and be treated as a guest.“

“Decided to give this a try rather than the casino restaurants for Three Dog Night. So glad we did! Drinks were excellent, food was wonderful. Half-pound burger perfectly cooked, large salads, shrimp jammers and omg, the pepperoni chips! They're a must have. The decor needs a refresh, but don't be put off. It's clean and the owners are so nice. Definitely stop in for a bite!“

“Wife had a buffalo chicken salad, I had wings. Both were good. We split a basket of fried mushrooms, which were a bit over cooked. Fairly crowded even on a weekday night, which is usually a good sign. Reasonably good selection of draft beers. We will definitely go back.“
