“I really enjoyed one of the October specials when I was there with my grandson. Especially the German potato salad and ohhhhh a slice of German chocolate cake. Sooo good. My late fiancée and I were regulars. Brought a tear to my eye to see one of our favorite waitresses to welcome us. Heather was always so cheery and accommodating . Love the gift shop as well. So beautiful.“

“I have tried the "new" extra hot wings. they are very tasty. they made my nose run, an indicator of "hot" wings. extra hot actually makes my eyes water as well as my nose running. BUT these have a very good taste, not the normal hot sauce and butter flavor. recommend them for anyone who really enjoys their hot wings.“

She was kind, attentive, and incredibly personable, making us feel comfortable right away. She remembered the little details, stayed ahead of anything we needed, and had such a warm, positive energy that it honestly felt like being taken care of by a friend. “Basically our go-to when we don't know what's for dinner. Amazing pizzas, great burgers, huge portions so we almost always have leftovers for the next day. Waitstaff is phenomenal and friendly... we are there enough that they all know out drink orders at this point. 😁“

“Remlik’s is a hidden gem in Binghamtom. It’s inside a building (not sure of a hotel or office building), upon walking up, the smell was a little weird. I’m not sure how to place it. Very old school ambience. They have a big board upon walking in which has birthdays and anniversaries on, which I loved.

Our waitress was great, I wish I could remember her name. We got the crab cake appetizer, full of delicious crab. I could do without the topped slaw. We also got the calamari. The marinara was delicious. We got the kids steak with fries and the burger with fries. Both were great sizes. They were out of the New England clam chowder which was a bummer so my husband got the cream of mushroom (not really my thing).

My husband got the ribeye with potatoes and I got the chicken piccata. Both were delicious. For dessert, the tiramisu.

Overall it was wonderful and if we are in the area again, I would totally be back!“

From the moment we arrived, the host Reece greeted us with a warm and welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. We ordered lunch and were absolutely delighted by the delicious food served. I chose the roti with curried shrimp, and it was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and truly satisfying. The delicious oxtail soup was an extra treat. “They say good finds are hidden gems, and Chris' Diner is the ultimate proof! In an area that feels pretty quiet and dead, this spot immediately grabs your attention with the vibrant, colorful building. We honestly never expected the food to be this good, but it completely blew us away.
The diner was super busy when we walked in, but we still managed to snag a table. The service was a little bit on the slower side, but honestly, with how packed the room and counter were, it was totally fine and well worth the wait.
Everything we had was great, but the Kielbasa & American Cheese Omelet was easily number one - hands down the best thing on the table! We also ordered the Meat Lovers Omelet and the Meat, Egg, & Cheese Sandwich, and both were hearty, delicious, and paired perfectly with mugs of bottomless coffee and hot chocolate. On top of that, the prices are super fair for the generous portions you get.
A quick tip: it gets packed fast with locals, so be patient if the kitchen takes a little extra time during the rush. If you're passing through and want top-notch classic breakfast comfort food, I can't recommend this place enough! 🍳☕✨“
