“I have passed by Boudreau's a couple of times recently; which is tricky because it's a bit off the beaten path, each time noticing a full parking lot. I am glad I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a huge pancake that I couldn't even finish today. I took some extra time to talk to Mary who provided great service making sure my coffee cup stayed full and warm, about the history of this diner and its vision for the future. I couldn't help but appreciate the friendly, light-hearted banter among Mary and the familiar crowd of elders from the town. This is a family-owned, family-friendly diner with a very clean and welcoming atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating on their new, expansive, patio which will open when the weather warms up. I plan on coming back for that and their adjacent Ice Cream shop featuring premium ice cream from as far away as Maine and beyond.“
“The piece is one of the few restaurants left in Greene and it's a good choice for families. One of my grandchildren has to eat gluten-free food and they accommodated that with grace and professionalism. Prices are fair and the food is good with several unique dinners. They marinate their chicken breasts and they're especially good. We also love the shredded pork appetizer.“
“We didn't know the food service was inside a gas station when we picked it (we are from out of town), The workers were friendly. Both my friend and I got lamb gyros, which came with chips. The workers suggested we slowly peel back the wrapping like a banana to avoid getting the liquid on us. It worked!“
“Great little hometown breakfast spot. We felt like the "out of towners" that we were when we walked in, but we sat at the counter ordered breakfast and left feeling like a local. Thanks Bonnie's! A great way to end our quick getaway and head home with full bellys.“
