“A legendary tale of french fries and people who care.

We've all had nights where we have had a bad day, and cant find it within ourselves to cook dinner, and can’t even decide what we want to eat. That was me tonight where the only thing I could even think of eating was my favorite foods Mac and Cheese, and French Fries. My wife and I stumble upon one of our guilty pleasures Coppertop, as a strong go to with incredible Mac and Cheese for me, and Thai Peanut Noodles for my wife. The only problem, they don’t offer a side of fries with either.

Now I’m stuck. I want Mac, but the thing I want most is their incredible shoestring fries. I call in, and ask if there is an issue with Uber Eats. I get a sad no, it’s just not an option, but an idea to try Grub Hub, or Door Dash. I thank them for their help in pointing me in the right direction, and I try the other apps. No luck. Only their incredible truffle fries which are great, just not what I was craving.

We decide to order anyway and my wife tells me she heard of someone ordering a side salad, and pleading in the instructions to make a swap of some kind. I take a shot in the dark, order the salad, and pray my note will be seen, and my request honored.

We place the order, and no more than 1 minute later I get a call back from Coppertop. They wanted to call and let me know they saw my request, and they would be more than happy to help in my time of need. My wife, myself, and the awesome employee on the phone all laugh and say thanks, we hang up and celebrate.

No more than 20 minutes later (go Uber Eats and Coppertop there) our food arrives, and to my surprise I see not 1, but 2 generous orders of fries along side our piping hot food. I also see a hand written note with our food “Enjoy! From Your Coppertop Friends!”.

Needless to say I devoured both orders of fries and almost all the mac and cheese, and did it all with a smile. A simple gesture that made my day better, and my tummy happy, and I can’t thank you all enough! I was already sold on Coppertop as a whole, but this is above and beyond awesome!

“Me, my husband and a few friends from my local church had a fellowship get together here. The food was delicious and talk about bread, they have the best garlic bread, bread and butter I have ever had. The staff is very courteous and kind. The only bad side is they close early and don’t have a lot for night staffing. I would highly recommend this place for a nice place to eat and have a social get together for lunch. Service is great.“

“I love going here cause red Robin is one of my favorite restaurants. But every time we come here we are stuck standing at the front service counter wondering where the host is; waiting to be seated. Sometimes it's only 1min of waiting and sometimes it's up to 5 min.

Yall need a bell on the counter or something cause the host is always busy doing other things, not at the hostess stand where they should be.“

Bar popcorn delightfully salted, but stale.

Louisiana grill… Very mild Cajun spice. Fresh grilled peppers & onions. Unacceptable amount of tendon/cartilage grizzle, need to do better on the prep. Reasonable sandwich but nothing that’ll make you order it again.
Fries, crispy, skin on… unfortunately zero salt.

Coleslaw, nice chopped texture, not soupy. However pretty bland. Needed salt, pepper, and a lemon wedge for some acidity. Meh.

Chicken tenders- tender, juicy. Seasoned well. Very fine bread crumb coating, great texture. House honey mustard pairs well. Not too sweet or gloopy thick.“

“I love the Chicken Cobb salad; I switch out the kale for spinach and get the cranberry dressing. It is delicious, if you like their sweet potatoes try adding it to the salad.“

“Although the food wasn’t the best our server Aiyanna made sure that our mozzarella sticks got remade as the first batch was burnt! She was very attentive and my cup never made it to the empty status for my blackberry tea!! Definitely would try my luck with a meal again as long as she was my server!!“
