“A legendary tale of french fries and people who care.

We've all had nights where we have had a bad day, and cant find it within ourselves to cook dinner, and can’t even decide what we want to eat. That was me tonight where the only thing I could even think of eating was my favorite foods Mac and Cheese, and French Fries. My wife and I stumble upon one of our guilty pleasures Coppertop, as a strong go to with incredible Mac and Cheese for me, and Thai Peanut Noodles for my wife. The only problem, they don’t offer a side of fries with either.

Now I’m stuck. I want Mac, but the thing I want most is their incredible shoestring fries. I call in, and ask if there is an issue with Uber Eats. I get a sad no, it’s just not an option, but an idea to try Grub Hub, or Door Dash. I thank them for their help in pointing me in the right direction, and I try the other apps. No luck. Only their incredible truffle fries which are great, just not what I was craving.

We decide to order anyway and my wife tells me she heard of someone ordering a side salad, and pleading in the instructions to make a swap of some kind. I take a shot in the dark, order the salad, and pray my note will be seen, and my request honored.

We place the order, and no more than 1 minute later I get a call back from Coppertop. They wanted to call and let me know they saw my request, and they would be more than happy to help in my time of need. My wife, myself, and the awesome employee on the phone all laugh and say thanks, we hang up and celebrate.

No more than 20 minutes later (go Uber Eats and Coppertop there) our food arrives, and to my surprise I see not 1, but 2 generous orders of fries along side our piping hot food. I also see a hand written note with our food “Enjoy! From Your Coppertop Friends!”.

Needless to say I devoured both orders of fries and almost all the mac and cheese, and did it all with a smile. A simple gesture that made my day better, and my tummy happy, and I can’t thank you all enough! I was already sold on Coppertop as a whole, but this is above and beyond awesome!

“The food was super tasty, and everyone had a positive atmosphere. We were waited on by Big Papa, and I’ve never felt so welcome at a table. She checked in regularly and made sure we weren’t out of drinks or fries. The food was good, but she made the whole experience great.“

“It's good pizza when its actually good. Sometimes it can be doughy. At times you can tell they are not cleaning the pizza oven they reheat in and the pizza will taste burnt or like another sauce from another pizza. The kids working there could be friendlier and not act like customers are bothering them when getting food. Makes me not want to go there.“

“This restaurant was close to the hotel where I was staying. The young male staff member was very friendly, always smiling, and made me feel welcome.

I ordered takeout, and I really enjoyed the dishes I chose: fried chicken over rice and stir-fried beef with vegetables in oyster sauce. Everything tasted great. The beef was especially tender and flavorful you could tell it had been marinated really well.

The restaurant also kindly gave me some complimentary fried spring rolls to try, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very generous, and the food was delicious. I noticed from other foreign customers’ reviews that the fried spring rolls are one of the most popular items there.

The food was packed very well in tightly sealed plastic containers, and everything was placed inside a paper bag as an extra layer, which I really appreciated.

They also have a huge variety of dishes on the menu, with so many options to choose from.“

“Me, my husband and a few friends from my local church had a fellowship get together here. The food was delicious and talk about bread, they have the best garlic bread, bread and butter I have ever had. The staff is very courteous and kind. The only bad side is they close early and don’t have a lot for night staffing. I would highly recommend this place for a nice place to eat and have a social get together for lunch. Service is great.“
