“I have been coming to this Applebees since the late 1990s and have always enjoyed the atmosphere here.

“Listen, If you want to be recognized promptly and politely and receive your order in a timely fashion, come here. I've stopped in 3 times lately and always am greeted and get my order in a matter of minutes. Don't go to the McDonald's in the parkway plaza (where the only way you'll get recognized in 10 minutes or less is by ordering on the app, and half the time they're out of what you wanted to buy anyway.) --A former McDonald's fan and customer.“

“I had a really good experience here this morning. The waitress Ona was very pleasant and made my visit welcoming. No issues with the food. The tming, plating and quality of my (byo) meat lovers omelette was also very good. Satisfied customer here.“

“The food was super tasty, and everyone had a positive atmosphere. We were waited on by Big Papa, and I’ve never felt so welcome at a table. She checked in regularly and made sure we weren’t out of drinks or fries. The food was good, but she made the whole experience great.“
