“Went there to pick up a delivery on 3-12-26, around 5am. line was obnoxiously long as always..but even so, the wait was minimal. Got to the window & see Amy, by herself, just hustling!! killing it! &She had a lovely customer service to boot, & kept a smile thru all the chaos. At other mcd’s I’ve waited ungodly amounts of time with 3 times the people ‘working’ even, & they don’t come close to miss Amy! your smile was contagious that day darling ! “I love going here cause red Robin is one of my favorite restaurants. But every time we come here we are stuck standing at the front service counter wondering where the host is; waiting to be seated. Sometimes it's only 1min of waiting and sometimes it's up to 5 min.

Yall need a bell on the counter or something cause the host is always busy doing other things, not at the hostess stand where they should be.“

“Old fashioned style. Quick service, cheery. Went to Starbucks up the rd. Waited 10 minutes in line, still was not helped. Came here sar down, immediately greeted. Can't beat that. Hash fresh made by doner coffee always hot. $15 breakfast.“
