Five Guys is great tasting fries and burgers and more importantly good customer service. The crew is always energetic and kind and willing to joke and talk when they aren’t busy. Food is fresh and tasty; the Bacon Cheeseburger is a good and the fries are like. Soda choices are fun and the music can be a bit loud but is not a major complaint. Prices are outrageous and the money is more than a table service place like red robin but the staff is friendly and made sure the customer is satisfied. The location on Vestal Parkway is in shopping and the staff is kind even when the restaurant is newer and took a little while to get food. Overall
