I've only ordered on the app and ran in to pick up. It says 30 minutes to be ready, but I went in right away and it was already available, so don't worry about the time listed on the app. Cinnabon of course is delicious. But so far I've been served quickly, employees have had good customer service, and there hasn't been any problems with orders.
Best treat i've ever had! Amazing service and super quick. Large variety of drinks ranging from milk shakes to coffee perfect for a quick on the go snack. And a variety of cinnamon bun like snacks for anyone's desire.

We were at Oakdale Commons recently and Cinnabon had recently reopened after their remodel. We bought the four-pack and we each had one later. We were both pretty disappointed, unfortunately. There was very little frosting on them, the three outer layers were very thin, dry, and tough, and the container of frosting they gave us was only about 1/3 to 1/2 full - nowhere near enough to add a smidge to four large rolls.
