“A legendary tale of french fries and people who care.

We've all had nights where we have had a bad day, and cant find it within ourselves to cook dinner, and can’t even decide what we want to eat. That was me tonight where the only thing I could even think of eating was my favorite foods Mac and Cheese, and French Fries. My wife and I stumble upon one of our guilty pleasures Coppertop, as a strong go to with incredible Mac and Cheese for me, and Thai Peanut Noodles for my wife. The only problem, they don’t offer a side of fries with either.

Now I’m stuck. I want Mac, but the thing I want most is their incredible shoestring fries. I call in, and ask if there is an issue with Uber Eats. I get a sad no, it’s just not an option, but an idea to try Grub Hub, or Door Dash. I thank them for their help in pointing me in the right direction, and I try the other apps. No luck. Only their incredible truffle fries which are great, just not what I was craving.

We decide to order anyway and my wife tells me she heard of someone ordering a side salad, and pleading in the instructions to make a swap of some kind. I take a shot in the dark, order the salad, and pray my note will be seen, and my request honored.

We place the order, and no more than 1 minute later I get a call back from Coppertop. They wanted to call and let me know they saw my request, and they would be more than happy to help in my time of need. My wife, myself, and the awesome employee on the phone all laugh and say thanks, we hang up and celebrate.

No more than 20 minutes later (go Uber Eats and Coppertop there) our food arrives, and to my surprise I see not 1, but 2 generous orders of fries along side our piping hot food. I also see a hand written note with our food “Enjoy! From Your Coppertop Friends!”.

Needless to say I devoured both orders of fries and almost all the mac and cheese, and did it all with a smile. A simple gesture that made my day better, and my tummy happy, and I can’t thank you all enough! I was already sold on Coppertop as a whole, but this is above and beyond awesome!

“First time ever trying daves hot chicken wife ordered the spicy Mac and cheese asked for light mild seasoning was so hot she had trouble eating it but said it was amazing my children ordered the slider and tender combo both loved them I ordered the two sliders and eh it was alright very oily and greasy yes I'm aware they are deep fried but the issue is after eating I ended up with the worst stomach ache and running to the bathroom all night mind you I ordered it plain not sure if the oil was dirty but unfortunately due to having a sensitive stomach I won't be returning the risk of severe stomach upset is not worth it all and all though it's a good place food tastes good”

“Since finally trying this place 3 weeks ago, I have went there for mother's day, and also ordered them for delivery 3 times now. Mexican/latin food is my favorite, so the fact that they blend a traditional diner with a taqueria is a dream come true.

Depending on what I feel like, I can order a Greek omelette, a blt, or huevos rancheros or the rancheros burrito omelette- all of which have been great choices.

Also, the server we had, she was EXCELLENT- she was so engaging with my 3 year old, and that always means a lot to me- when servers seem to genuinely enjoy engaging with him.”

“Omg I’m obsessed with fushimi. I had been craving a seafood boil for ever and didn’t think Binghamton would even have one, but this place had the best seafood boil ever. It was spicy so I recommend choosing the mild option but I loved it still. My friend liked her sushi too so they have good sushi. 7/10!”

Louisiana grill… Very mild Cajun spice. Fresh grilled peppers & onions. Unacceptable amount of tendon/cartilage grizzle, need to do better on the prep. Reasonable sandwich but nothing that’ll make you order it again.
Fries, crispy, skin on… unfortunately zero salt.

Coleslaw, nice chopped texture, not soupy. However pretty bland. Needed salt, pepper, and a lemon wedge for some acidity. Meh.

Chicken tenders- tender, juicy. Seasoned well. Very fine bread crumb coating, great texture. House honey mustard pairs well. Not too sweet or gloopy thick.”

“Enjoyed my visit for a college tour. The food options are as good as Midtown Manhattan. You have a variety of options from American cuisine, Thai, Chinese, Indian etc. I have tried the food from 2 stalls - Hissho Sushi and Royal Indian. I must say the quality of the food was surprisingly fabulous! I didn't have high expectations from a college food court. But I was definitely proved otherwise. I recommend everyone to try them out when visiting. You won't be disappointed!”

“I have yet to be disappointed by anything from here and I'm determined to try every flavor I can. So, no almond milk ones for me because allergy🤷‍♀️, but there's still a lot I can have. They put quite a bit of jellies in too, so that's nice. I'm good with the little ice they put in because it means it won't water down too much. I usually get two at a time because I want to try different flavors so the one doesn't dilute too much while consuming the first. It's also more room for delicious milk tea. 😅”

“On a day with good weather, it is nice to sit outside at the benches and tables to study or eat or just soak in the environment and enjoy yourself.I do not much visit other locations in the Collegiate Center other than the C4 Dining Hall but there is a lovely area on the upper floor with a piano and sofas and chairs. In my first semester, I remember sitting up there, listening to a student tickling the ivories. Such a delight.The staff and students are, well, people. This is a place to meet people, keep up with them, eat together and talk, or be on your lonesome.”

“This restaurant was close to the hotel where I was staying. The young male staff member was very friendly, always smiling, and made me feel welcome.

I ordered takeout, and I really enjoyed the dishes I chose: fried chicken over rice and stir-fried beef with vegetables in oyster sauce. Everything tasted great. The beef was especially tender and flavorful you could tell it had been marinated really well.

The restaurant also kindly gave me some complimentary fried spring rolls to try, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very generous, and the food was delicious. I noticed from other foreign customers’ reviews that the fried spring rolls are one of the most popular items there.

The food was packed very well in tightly sealed plastic containers, and everything was placed inside a paper bag as an extra layer, which I really appreciated.

They also have a huge variety of dishes on the menu, with so many options to choose from.”

Attentive staff who were very accommodating for my physical disability during a Friday night rush (sitting on high seats would be difficult for me and they were happy to place me at a booth even though I was dining alone). It’s a small thing, but not something to be taken for granted. A special shout out to my server, Nova, who made my evening great. Friendly, attentive, and accommodating with food preferences and a last minute change of heart about dessert. As a disabled person traveling, I’d have to say this particular Chili’s location nailed hospitality and accessibility.”
