Ernesto's Diner & Taqueria blends a traditional diner with a taqueria. The food is fantastic, delicious, and always really good. Depending on what you feel like, choices like a Greek omelette, a blt, huevos rancheros, the rancheros burrito omelette, or a chorizo omelette have been great choices. One guest loved burritos smothered in cheese with an amazing tortilla. Daily specials like Chicken and mushroom burritos and chicken enchiladas were delicious, a 10/10. The fajita had every thing cooked well, most notably the vegetables cooked perfect. Birria tacos for takeout were incredible, and the sides of rice and beans are very good too. The service is excellent. One server was excellent and engaging with a child. The host was pleasant and helpful. It’s worth the trip.
