“Love this place for breakfast! They do serve lunch and dinner, but I have never tried them. If you go for breakfast, it tends to be busy, so be aware of that. They do move right along, so it's usually only like a ten minute wait. Overall I love this place for the good food and 50's-60's diner atmosphere!“
“The hostess was very nice and so was our server. The food came quick and tasted really good. The only complaint was the price was very high for such small portions. The bill was almost $50 for 2 breakfasts and we were still hungry.Parking: The lot is tight and not a lot if spots.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly place.“
“Lovely bustling diner. Cash only though, but that’s to be expected at local spots. Since there’s a convenient indoor ATM, it’s not a problem for me.Breakfast is always on point. Inexpensive and delicious. I got chocolate chip pancakes, home fries, eggs AND bacon for 14$Outstanding value, friendly staff and a cool old school dining area.Gets very busy during prime time, but that’s also to be expected with a place like this.5 stars!“
“I used to come here as a kid because my dad actually worked there as a dishwasher way back in the '70s, Danny's diner has been a staple in Binghamton for a long time.so I hadn't been there in probably a good 30 or 40 years but when I went there just recently after I was getting my tires done in my car across the street it still felt very nostalgic.of course It no longer has the jukeboxes the small jukeboxes at every table so it has been changed in that sense but otherwise it's still pretty much looks the same as it did from way back when, even Danny the owner was still alive and making his roundsThe waitress was extremely friendly and loved to enjoy a chat with the customers She knew all her regulars by their first names She didn't hesitate to get to me whenever I needed anything. And I had the blueberry pancakes with bacon and eggs and I have to say it was absolutely delicious so fluffy and sweet and the eggs were done exactly the way I asked. So if you want a bit of nostalgia from old fashioned style diners Danny's is definitely the place to go“
“Friend's Diner has good diner food and good service. There is a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The diner first opened in 1983.On my first ever visit. I had the sausage biscuits and gravy with hash browns, toast, and coffee. The sausage biscuits and gravy had a nice taste to them.If you're looking good food at reasonable prices, give Friends Diner a try.“
“Everything was delightful. Very courteous wait staff, food was delicious, had grilled Haddock, the pineapple coleslaw was delightful. I was too full forvdessertParking: There are disability spots, easy access to the ramp. Spots for pick up , and an enlarged lot behind restaurants“
“Great find. Not the fanciest part of town by far? but convenient off and on I-86/Rt. 17 thru Binghamton. Burgers were delicious! Very friendly service. The manager(?) even came out to alert us to a low front tire that he had noticed on our parked car!“
“Blue dolphin wasn't our first choice for diners, coming all the way from Binghamton University, but boy it's our only choice from now on! Was such a blessing that everything else was closed on a Sunday evening because we were in for a treat. Never experienced better service by our beautiful waitress, and the food was very delicious! The fish and chips, and their classic monte cristo were some of the many highlights of our meal. Truly a great spot, and I hope to visit again very soon.“
“Clinton street cafe was a great local spot in Binghamton NY, great food, awesome customer service, and all for good prices. I would highly recommend grabbing a quick bite for breakfast and or brunch. Shoutout to Steve the owner, and also the gentlemen that makes a great eggs Benedict, Scott.“
“Food was good. The cake collection is really good. The diner was really busy at 9.30 on a Saturday. Not sure about other times. Just been here once. The ambience was good. We got a booth near the entrance which was good as we had a toddler. Food was tasty but because of the busy hours and maybe understaffed we think we might not have been fully served. We had to ask for everything including sauce and syrup for pancakes. Coffee supply was coming along frequently so that was a good thing. I was really expecting a good Minnie mouse pancake but it looked more like a bunny but the toddler didn't seem to care as it was of some shape. I would highly recommend it when it is less busy.“
“Family's Diner on Main St. on Binghamton NYs Westside, is a pleasant old style-counter, booth, and table diner. One of the few remaining of it's kind, from an era, three-quarter of a century old.The diner is run by a group of folks who are both local and from NYC, Jamaica, Bronx, Brooklyn, all areas with the finest cooking you might find.I usually go when Sha is cooking and serving. She's a super-friendly who would give you the shirt off her back. Sha's smile can soothe a sad heart any day, and her skilled big city chef-experienced cooking, combined with top-notch 5-star quality service, food, and presentation, you can't go wrong.I haven't yet. To the fine lady who served me on Monday afternoon, thank you for your stories, the courage in your voice, and the warmth of your good soul. All it takes is a conversation and a meal, with some water or coffee to boot.Kid-friendliness: The staff are very nice and will certainly treat your kids well, and with respect.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in, easy out for a manual wheelchair to a power wheelchair or small scooter. No biking or skating inside. ???️“
“This is my first time visiting this place. We went for breakfast. The food was really good. More than the food the service was excellent. The server was so friendly. She got a mini mouse pancake for our kid who was really happy with the place. There is lot of privacy with partitions and also the ambience was really good. Lot of parking available.“
