“Great prices, food and service!“

“Fast and friendly service! Good breakfast food. I had the Greek Omelette with Spinach, Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese with whole wheat toast, home fries, and a side of bacon. My wife had a Western Omelette with whole wheat toast and home fries. On our second visit, the following week- My wife had the Two Piece Banana Bread French Toast, and I had the Greek Omelette with Spinach, Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese with whole wheat toast, home fries, and a side of bacon. Jessica, Stephanie, and Erica are great and made for a great dining experience. The tables and restroom are kept clean.

Parking: Ample parking lot.“

“Excellent meal and amazing dessert brought home to eat! More than enough to eat! Excellent prices as well! Husband had Fried scallops that were melt in your mouth lightly fried delicious and I had spinach pie. Desert was a delicious Bavarian 2 layer chocolate cake with 2 layers whipped crème on top of a delicious cheesecake. Enough for multiple dessert sharing for us!“

“Had breakfast recently. A very clean, quiet place with great service and food. My egg, sausage and cheese sandwich on hard roll was perfect. My friend had blueberry pancakes and bacon. Both were excellent! Definitely a return visit kinda place.“

“Family's Diner on Main St. on Binghamton NYs Westside, is a pleasant old style-counter, booth, and table diner. One of the few remaining of it's kind, from an era, three-quarter of a century old.

The diner is run by a group of folks who are both local and from NYC, Jamaica, Bronx, Brooklyn,all areas with the finest cooking you might find.

I usually go when Sha is cooking and serving. She's a super-friendly who would give you the shirt off her back. Sha's smile can soothe a sad heart any day, and her skilled big city chef-experienced cooking, combined with top-notch 5-star quality service, food, and presentation, you can't go wrong.

I haven't yet. To the fine lady who served me on Monday afternoon, thank you for your stories, the courage in your voice, and the warmth of your good soul.

All it takes is a conversation and a meal, with some water or coffee to boot.

Kid-friendliness: The staff are very nice and will certainly treat your kids well, and with respect.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in, easy out for a manual wheelchair to a power wheelchair or small scooter. No biking or skating inside. ???️“

“Recently moved to the area and tried this diner. It checks all the boxes. Super clean, Great food. The staff is super friendly. Save room for dessert. A model that all diners should follow.“

“Attended a softball tournament with my family and recommended the Blue Dolphin for after the games. Several parents of players also came to eat. I have to say I was disappointed in the dining experience. I have been there many times in the past if I was in the area but the physical appearance was rundown and uninviting. The food was not like I remember . Adequate but lacking in quality…I was somewhat embarrassed since I raved about how delicious it was from my past meals….of course prices were increased but my sandwich was cold and soggy…the rib special was just okay and the spaghetti tasted sweet and mushy meatballs. Ranch dressing tasted bad…my granddaughters had salads and chicken strips and refused to eat it. I won’t be recommending this diner or stop to eat . I am from NEPA and I will have to find someplace else to eat when traveling through area.. So sorry.“

“This diner has the best haddock in the area…delicious food won’t be disappointed…believe me the sea food platter is also great and my son had the haddock filet stuffed with crabmeat….portions are good …you won’t be hungry when you leave…red lobster has nothing on these guys….our new favorite place to eat yum yum“
