Honestly not a good experience for me I went at 8pm but still. There where no small cups so you had to get the large. On top of that they had already turned all the ice cream machine off so it was so soupy :( . Also half the toppings were out and it was $21 for two people!!! The service was okay nothing amazing. The Vestal location definitely shows that it’s under new management then last year. They have a new GM named Sylvia. Super friendly and helpful picking out the right toppings. It’s hard to come across employees that go above and beyond at places like this to make the customer feel welcomed. Thank you!
