I got here 40 minutes before close and at least 4 of the machines were “out of order” and 3 more of the machines were empty and me and the people who came in after me were unable to get what we wanted. I tired another flavor and it tasted like it was spoiled. So I ended up not getting anything. On top of that the worker there was rude and unenthusiastic. Also all the napkin holders were empty so we were unable to use napkins. The worker was also cleaning instead of serving us. The friend I came with was also over charged. never coming back to this location

Honestly not a good experience for me I went at 8pm but still. There where no small cups so you had to get the large. On top of that they had already turned all the ice cream machine off so it was so soupy :( . Also half the toppings were out and it was $21 for two people!!! The service was okay nothing amazing. We ended up just eating in the car because the place was kinda dirty. But the ice cream was just okay again nothing special in my eyes!! I don’t know if this place is even worth coming to anymore I feel like every time I come here it gets worse and worse ?

The Vestal location definitely shows that it’s under new management then last year. They have a new GM named Sylvia. Super friendly and helpful picking out the right toppings. It’s hard to come across employees that go above and beyond at places like this to make the customer feel welcomed. Thank you!

I don't come here often but when I do, I really enjoy the frozen yogurt. I’ve noticed the last few time’s visiting the vestal location it has a different atmosphere then last year. Very friendly, acknowledges me when I walk in and even had someone help with some new topping ideas. I just found out when checking out today it’s under new management. My kids loved the balloons. Thank you! I’ll be back more often.

So I’ve never had frozen yogurt before and today I wanted to try it. I got to the vestal town plaza location and the redhead girl that was working earlier today helped me with a lot and trust me there’s alottttt of choices. She recommended the new pool Party punch flavor and recommended what toppings to go with it. By the time I was finished with my visit at this pleasant place, I can say I was fully satisfied with not only the food, but also the amazing customer service from that young lady. You don’t get that very often anymore.

This was our first time at a SweetFrog. This is a frozen (fruit) yogurt place that you can put on any toppings (gummy bears, Oreo cookies, candy, syrup, etc.) on your ice cream of your choice. The ice cream is obtained from various machines that you can choose from and is collected in different sized bowls. The cost of the ice cream is determined by weight so be aware of the toppings chosen. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean and well maintained. They take cash and cards at this time.

We came here the last two times and the service was TERRIBLE! The employees are super rude. The place is dirty. They don't give out samples anymore with the excuse of Covid, but yet give change back without gloves. It used to be my favorite place, but it went downhill!!!

Normally I love sweet frog.Great frozen yogurt and service.Hiwever their hours posted are incorrect.The sign on the door indicates sweet frog is open on Sundays at 12:00 but they were still closed and it was past noon when I got there.Obviously their hours changed and are too lazy to update their business sign.Very unprofessional!!!
