“I do not usual post reviews, but am doing so in hopes the restaurant staff takes note and adjusts their practices: So, I have been here many times and enjoy the diner style breakfast. The service is usually very good; the atmosphere is okay but it is difficult to have a conversation if you are seated in the middle of the room due to the poor acoustics in the room. My biggest complaint is the way people are treated when a line begins to form; you are basically kicked out by the wait staff. There was only one group of people waiting and we were at the end of our conversation when the waitress told us, "We need this table now." I have never been to a restaurant, no matter how busy, do this. It is offputting and I will hesitate to go back despite the many times I have dined there.“
“The food is pretty great. There's a little something for everyone. I mostly like to get the classic combo to split with my friends.Parking: There is parking all around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking spots.“
“We had reservations at 7pm. We arrived couple of minutes early and were seated right away. The waitress was friendly, helpful, attentive but not overly so. We enjoyed the food and will definitely return. One of new favorite restaurants in the area.“
“The home-made ice cream was very good and I was impressed that they had 2 vegan flavors available (Peanut Butter and Pumpkin). Pumpkin in January! It was good and the homemade waffle cones are impressive. Definitely check them out.The shop could use some more chairs to sit down as their was limited seating.Vegetarian options: Pumpkin and Peanut Butter“
“Amazing shop filled with great food options that aren’t just the usual burger and salad! They have great options for wraps and bowls . We got the market wrap which had amazing jerk chicken inside as well as the california roll bowl which had the innards of a California sushi roll in a bowl! The staff which looked like it was a family where so gracious even when you can tell they were moving around like crazy! Stop in for lunch before heading to the glass museum!“
“It's a small town restaurant, relaxed atmosphere, good food, good service and friendly staff. My favorite part is I can come in with a friend and not ever feel rushed to leave so we can chat and relax while we eat.Wheelchair accessibility: There is street-side parking but you'd have to park by the crosswalk to avoid the curb and then travel a few doors down to enter their wheelchair-accessible entrance.“
“I think it's Corning's best kept secret. I've been coming here since I was pretty much born 34 years ago. Nothings changed in those 34 years and nothing needs to. It's perfect the way it is with great food and even better home town hospitality.“
“Nice and homey. Food reminds me of going to grandma's house, just absolutely full of comfort and warmth. Donna & Staff are extremely pleasant and kind. I 100% recommend coming and checking them out. A simple breakfast completely filled me up. Worth the trip to Donna's ☺️**They are CASH ONLY so come prepared! There is no ATM on site.“
“After a trying day of travel with a breakdown we were so happy to have a cold beverage ( beer for me!)and a good cheese burger perfectly prepared with the perfect amount of fries with it! We just didn't want to be bothered with cooking at the camper and this turned out to be an excellent choice. I recommend it!!“
“Excellent restaurant. fresh food The service is wonderful. We arrived after the kitchen's closing time and they still managed to find us something to eat. Amazing and special Fuksa. A fine sausage platter and successful and well-dipped salads. Pleasant atmosphere. A fireplace burns when it's snowing outside and the temperature is below zero. Highly recommend“
“The dinner was lovely. We started with brie and papas rellenas. Entree was pecan crusted pork Tenderloin with asparagus and mashed potatoes, which was delicious. Ended with creme Brulee. Server Mattie was delightful. Overall a great experience and will be back.“
“If you love Mac n cheese, you HAVE to go here! The servings you get are massive, and they have 17 different kinds to choose from! For those who aren't as into Mac n cheese, there are also salads, wings, burgers, sandwiches, all sorts of appetizers. The staff are so polite and friendly. Can't wait to go again!“
“The Cuban was as good as reviews said! Meat was a bit cold but the taste was delicious. Fried Brussel sprouts…OMG! Good! Everyone said their food was good. Service was passable. Went to the front for seating bartender saw me but ignored me. When the rest of my party arrived decided if we wanted to eat we would have to go back to the bar area. Had to go to the bar to ask for napkins and salt and pepper. She wasn’t very attentive until other tables filled up and then since she was there anyway she checked on us.Parking: Limited parking shared with other businesses.“
“1st timer. Great traditional breakfast. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, large OJ … for < $12! Blew me away.Tipped $15 (more than the bill), felt like I was getting away with something.Would love to eat there every week, but live 1500 mi away.“
“Nice, clean, surprise locals place that I didnt know was there. Very friendly service. Shrimp and scallops were great, fish and salmon was cooked to death. Prime rib was very good. Be back soon. Had a few food flaws. Never got my cole slaw. Wings were supposed to be mild, hot as heck. And the salmon...but will be “
