Love their food, but it's so annoying when they have a backed-up drive-thru, and a customer who clearly has a big order, and yet they don't ask them to move to their waiting area so they can take care of the other customers that are literally grabbing a quick order. Please be more willing to run their order out to them.
We like coming to this BK usually. But the last 2 times that we have gone the place looks like a battle zone. The young woman Ava who took our order was pleasant and welcoming. However it looked to me that she was very short staffed. There was no ice in the soda machine. Someone had spilled drink all over the floor and folks were just walking through it. Very busy but my fries were cold and it took a very long time to get my order. Definitely need more employees in the kitchen during lunch time 11-1
