“I stopped by the Rome store today and ordered the number 2 Brownie Sundae. I was a little shocked by the additional costs they charged me to add Peanut butter sauce to my sundae, and once I got my brownie sundae, there was hardly any brownie in the Sundae to enjoy. Very disappointed with today's visit.“

I called to ask for a refund and Camrin, whom I believe to be a manager at the Rome location, immediately apologized for the incident and promptly had a new order remade for me within 10 minutes. On top of that she gave me a complementary dessert for my troubles. Accidents happen, but the matter was handled extremely professional and I was not given a hard time by anyone. Her service was greatly appreciated!“

“Everytime I go to this particular Wendy's we have trouble with our order. This time they handed me my order, it was missing fries, I walked back to my vehicle and realized they forgot another item and had to go back in and get the item. Not sure what's going on here, but we go to this one like maybe once a year on our way back from an annual trip and theres something wrong everytime we go.“
