“Drive through order wasn't correct as usual. Got home to find that the hashbrowns were most likely from the day before. Not edible. The Egg McMuffin was like biting into rubber. The Sausage McMuffin with egg was burnt. I used the 20% off App code, but since they didn't get the order correct I ended up spending more. Employees looked like they all just rolled out of bed. Not impressed at all.“

“Recently had a wonderful experience at Applebees in Herkimer. We were sat quickly and our table was very clean. Our server Stephanie was wonderful, greeted us within seconds of sitting down to take our drink orders and gave us some time to look at the menus. Food and service were excellent! Will be back!“

“This place has been around for so long it has become a staple in little falls. It's still has the Cozy Cafe feel in a fast-paced world. The servers are excellent and attentive. The food is home-y and delicious. I came here to meet up with some friends for coffee and a light breakfast. It did not disappoint. I look forward to going back.“
