395 Canal Pl, Little FallsWe loved our dinner at Canal Side Inn. One of us had the salmon special, one had the haddock, and I had the porc osso buco. We each had dessert - cheesecake, lemon cake, and mousse. The food was perfect. The service was wonderful. I would definitely go back.

3622 NY-167, Little FallsRandom chance brought us here -- glad it did. Excellent food, slow Thursday evening. Cindy, co-owner, very personable. Full Bar -- alas we three abstaining.I had Chicken Pastina Soup; it was delicate & hearty at same time, well balanced & separate flavors. Chicken; texture was good & still had flavor. Meatballs; spicy bites, complimented perfectly.House green salad; fresh, crisp, house made dressings - I had raspberry vinaigrette, sweet to calamata olives salt, wonderful combination.Bow ties pasta; pasta perfect texture & not rinsed to blandness. Sauce adhered nicely - a little spicy heat. I only had a taste, my friend cleaned his plate ?Haddock special; cooked perfectly, fish flaked nicely. I did not taste & brother did not talk, just ate. At end said he felt was eating at fancy restaurant (food exceeded quaint atmosphere & price).Baked chicken, stuffed w/shrimp, florentine special (think cordon bleu). A taste combination I had to try -- wow did it go well. Cream sauce* & crispy crusting. I was eating too fast... flavors, textures/mouth feel -- sooo good. Forced myself to slow down & saved some for later. (*asked about interesting spice flavor... Do Not ask recipe owner to give up trade secrets ???)Had side of potatoes - will try marinara pasta next time.No desert tonight.Roasted peppers & bread -- olive oil & garlic & finely grated parmigiano reggiano (I'm guessing) with house baked crusty bread... just to die for... Cindy said took awhile to catch on, I'm not sure why, seemed perfect combination & beautiful to look at. Anyway, our group understood & enjoyed. Sweet of pepper, garlic, oil, salty from cheese -- how not to love combination... Layered on bread & also dipped traditional way. Oil was excellent on its own.We just happened upon Bella Vista, actually drove past & turned around. Sooo glad we did. Once in a lifetime --Dietary restrictions: Food cooked to order. Expect special requests can be accommodated -- within reasonParking: Seems adequate for number of tablesWheelchair accessibility: Gravel/stone parking lot likely Not easy for wheelchair. Two handicapped spaces at entrance door & ability to drop off wheelchair person close.

The Cafe at Stone Mill
410 Canal Pl, Little FallsI enjoyed a delicious lunch that really hit the spot after 30 miles on the Erie Canalway Trail. I choose the Thai Peanut wrap with watermelon gazpacho. Both were vegan, fresh, and delicious! This is my first visit though I’ve seen a listing of their delicious sounding specials during my three visits to the adjacent Inn at Stone Mill. I’m looking forward to eating here again!

First they brought out our jalapeño popper. Perfect. Hot and tasty. When the pizza arrived I was even more impressed. Exactly what we ordered and delicious.

The burrito and quesadilla were huggeeee. The ambiance outside is so cute. Nice picnic tables in the shade. Close to the water. The service was top notch also. Well worth every penny

When I walked in I was initially hesitant, but sat at the bar and ordered a cocktail...for $2.50. The owner/bartender could not have been more hospitable and was quite knowledgeable about the bike trail and things to not-miss. This is an old-school local bar, and if I lived in Little Falls, I could easily make it my old-school local bar!

She will talk and learn about everything and is the best bartender. Whatever you tell her if it's a drink she doesn't know to one she does, she tries her best and always figures out what's right. I recommend this place to all. Worth the visit ????

2 W Main St, Little FallsThis is the most amazing place, not only because they have the best experience at mining Herkimer Diamond than the competitors, (and I say that due to my experience having mined a few of the competitors) but add on top of that the fact that it’s all shaded which makes a world of difference. But the #1 thing that makes this place the best is the hospitality that you are given from the moment you step out of your car to the last moments you have as the owner drives you back out of the mining areas so you don’t have to walk anywhere! But the bathrooms close by the mining areas! He personally drives you in as well! They have geologists on site really eager to give you a hand in any way you need and the owners 3 sons are awesome!! Don’t forget to say thank you and come off a tip when you are given their service to carry your equipment into the car, they are young gentleman and deserve learning that hard work is appropriated.All in all I have enjoyed each trip to the mines up here, everyone of them have great things to offer but these guys are way my favorite because they offer the whole picture including real good people who make you fee welcome from the start and feel more like a good friend by the time you leave. They are great people with huge hearts and they are all just as involved with the experience as you are! You will want to go back the minute you get home. Oh, they have animals (calves and goats) on site for the kids and you to pet which is a great distraction when the young ones get bored picking up all the diamonds that are everywhereYou will not regret it, take my adv and check these guys out

40 W Main St, Little FallsThe former Italian Feast is under new ownership and is now called Gigi's Italian Feast. A lot of dishes served by the former owners are still served along with some new recipes of their own. The restaurant has been remodeled and it's very inviting. The staff was extremely courteous and treated us like family. Our foursome came for something to eat after golf. We had pizza and medium buffalo style wings. Both were absolutely delicious! There is a decent selection of beer on tap and the drafts were 5 dollars, which is quite reasonable in this day and age. We definitely will be returning.

They have been dealing with technical issues, but once they work out the kinks in the new building, I am sure this will be a great place to eat.I also enjoy the Mac & Cheese and Mashed potatoes and gravy.

Therefore, I totally have no experience and idea with which coffee I should try. I choose to kindly ask for helping and explaining my situation. They suggested me multiple kinds of coffee, and I chose two of them to try. They are : macchiato with single vanilla and caramel drizzle; solo espresso with blonde espresso 2 sugar and 1/2 cream. Both of them are decent. The first one has a taste that Mike, sugar, and other taste will rush to your, and then after a few seconds, bitterness that belongs to coffee will slowly surround your mouth and stay there for a few minutes. The second one is well maxed, all taste of the coffee will rush to you at the same time, and the bitterness will disappear after a few seconds. Both of them are decent for new coffer who drink tea before. And this is a really great shop ?
