“Very good food and reasonable. It is a little small inside. The mushroom omelette was great along with the toast. Coffee included in entree price. This is a very local diner.”
“My husband and I are on an 8 day traverse of the Erie Canal bike trail, when we came upon Mrs. Shake. So glad we stopped! We were made to feel super welcome, and the ice cream was delicious. Highly recommend!”
“These guys got it going on we get monthly probably two times a month now and the new guy and barb absolutely run this place amazingly. The food is so good and no one can beat their prices! We love them so much! how amazing!”
“Someone who workers are excellent and some of the workers you get there. Just you don't want to socialize with. The customers able look 2 moody and met at the world. I don't have it's a great place to go. Everything's always ready to go. It's Cooked fast and ready to I recommend it to everybody. You're passing through. Stop in and grab it before you go out to hell. It's quick, easy cheap.”
“Used to order from here regularly and frequently make recommendations for others to check it out. The food is consistent, the service is solid and if you choose to eat here, the ambiance while small; is quiet and comfortable. Keep up the great work!”
“OMG...What a HIDDEN GEM!!!This place is very unassuming. I was not expecting much of anything, especially bcuz there was nothing on the menu that jumped out and spoke to me.I ordered the Longhots for an appetizer. During the wait for the food to come to my table, I kept seeing dish after dish coming out to other patrons, and they ALL looked amazing.I took another stab at the menu, and still nothing on those pages stood out... So, I said to myself that if this appetizer is good, then I'm eating here. It was fantastic!!!I then waved the waitress over and asked her for a recommendation. She started going over the general points of the menu, and I had to stop her and say, "I don't want to hear about the menu. What would YOU recommend?"She gave me a thumbs up on the chicken cutlet sandwich that I had told her I had my eye on and then also recommended the chicken parm rigatoni in the vodka sauce. I got both. These two meals were so amazingly delicious that I was absolutely floored. The sandwich: top marks, the cutlet was nicely thin, and so was the breading. It was also still moist, which is difficult for a hammered piece of meat like that. Again, top marks. That rigatoni though...lemme tell you what, that vodka sauce is where it's at!!! I have never had a sauce so good. Truly. I have had plenty of sauces, and plenty of vodka sauces at that. This blew everything out the water! I mean, seriously, this sauce has ruined me. I loved it that much!!I couldn't believe how wonderful the food was after having such low expectations about the unassuming restaurant itself, the menu, none of it spoke of how shockingly good the food absolutely was.”
“Love this place! Had a fantastic first experience and will definitely make PK's a regular stop for a few brewskies, a great meal, or both!We had a party of 5 and were seated right away. EVERYONE was super friendly and attentive to our needs. It was obvious the employees enjoyed their jobs, lots of smiles and great attitudes, made for a really enjoyable atmosphere. Our appetizers were brought out quickly and we were able to enjoy our drinks and munchies while our entrées were prepared. I wish I got more pics because everything looked awesome! All food was brought out hot and all together, just a few minutes after we finished our apps. Now let me just say, greens are an absolute favorite of mine, I order them everywhere, every chance I get. Hands down! PK's NAILS IT with their greens! Dare I say, they're the best I've had. There's no way I can't order them every time I go in now.The food was on point, so delicious, and everyone was very satisfied. Prices are totally reasonable as well. So happy we decided to check PK's out!”
“Weirdest little spot you will find, its Litterally an abondones teain car that has been converted into a restaurant, and to be cleat im not saying it like its a bad thing, it awesome and cool and deserving to be seen.I recomend the loose caboose burger becasue any burger thay has an egg on it is a friend of mine!”
“We have gone here for special occasions for years. My parents are gone now, so my Sister and I shared our February birthdays there with dinner. Nostalgic to be sure and the same amount of care and good food as was rembered.”

“Found myself in the area with a couple hours to kill, and I always enjoy visiting breweries I haven't been to before, especially when not near home, so Rock Valley was a perfect stop and ended up being a hidden gem.Enjoyed a flight to start to be able to try multiple beers/styles, and enjoyed every single one, especially the Hawaiian Milkshake IPA, which paired perfectly with the surprising near-60 degree weather we had in mid-February. Fruit forward with just a hint of hoppiness, it was just straight up delicious; an IPA for anyone who doesn't consider themselves an IPA fan for sure. My other favorite was the Sunflower Stout, which had a great depth of flavor highlighted by the coffee roastiness that I love in a stout. The live blues musician on the Saturday night I visited was an added bonus. Have to add too that Dana behind the bar was super friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home despite being by myself during my visit. But the highlight of the visit came when Mike, the owner & brewer, was making his rounds and invited me to tag along for a little brewery tour with some friends of his. Getting to see some of the behind-the-scenes for where the brewing happens and more of the large music venue space in the brewery was a real treat, let alone to be able to chat and talk beer with the brewer himself. Already looking forward to making a visit when the weather turns toward spring/summer to experience the live bands that they have lined up. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, I'll happily come back when we're driving through the area again to support Mike and his brewery.”
“Hands down the best Chinese takeout restaurant in the area. The food is always fresh, HOT, and tasty. I’ve ordered takeout from here five times and each time it was consistent and when they say 15 minutes, it’s ready in 15 minutes. It would be awesome if they expanded one day and did a buffet!”
“I was quite impressed with this restaurant. I ordered their lobster riggies "hot" and they were excellent with just the right amount of heat. The service was fantastic and exudes an old world style of dining that is becoming more difficult to find. I will definitely come back.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp.”
“If you want to have a great time this is the place to go. Great food, good people and great entertainment from DJ/ Karaoke to whatever bands are playing mostly Saturday nights. Please follow on Facebook.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no stairs that you would have to worry about.”
“The best Italian food one could ask for. Home cooked & family owned. It doesn’t get much better than Primos. Their Joeys pizza & grama C subs i could eat daily. Its so cozy and clean inside, friendly staff.”
“I ordered 20 wings and a large, everything but anchovies (EBA) pizza. The food was incredibly good but I had to pick my jaw up off the floor when they told me it was $65. I learned my lesson. Next time I'll order a small or medium-sized pizza.”
“I ordered the food but I was in a bit of a rush and they ended up forgetting it but the coffee was absolutely amazing I did hear from multiple people though that the food is amazing as well , went here to meet up with an old friend and loved it, very attentive staff as ”
“I would absolutely recommend stopping here for a quick lunch! I've not been disappointed by anything I've gotten here and definitely recommend the fried bologna sandwich. The prices are reasonable and the service is usually really quick. I was there during a busy lunch crowd the other day but still managed to find a table and didn't feel cramped or crowded. Their menu is big and there's something for everyone. I haven't been there for breakfast yet, but that's an option as well if you're looking for something earlier!”
“A community favorite, family owned. I grew up down the street and have come here countless times. Great place to meet up with loved ones. Recommend their breakfast, and their ice cream window in the summer. Amazing prices.”
“Vinny's is our GO TO pizza place when life gets busy and I can't figure out what to cook. I love their Chicken Wing Pizza- best chicken wing pizza this side of the thruway!”
“Super friendly staff, and sushi is delicious!! Their tempura soup is the BEST! My only suggestion would be to have some music playing as it tends to be a littlw quiet in the restaurant.”
“Best burger I have ever had! Try the everything wings! Literally everything on my table was delicious and homemade. Great service! Thank you for an amazing experience! Definitely coming back! Stop in if you’re traveling through to Syracuse!”
“So glad we popped in. Family run brewery with awesome vibe and top flight beers. So glad to get to meet and interact with staff and locales. Must do if in area again!”
“It’s one of the best places to eat around here. The cedarville burger is to die for. The homemade chips are awesome and the peanut butter pie is delicious. Christine has done a really great job with it and she is always so nice! Check them out you won’t be disappointed.”
“Relatively quiet place to get a good price on a drink, good pool tables, no kitchen, please don't come here and ruin the vibe, or at least wait until 6 so I'm gone.”
“Ive heard people say best chicken wings in the valley here at Crossways. Ordered pick up for chicken wings. They did not disappoint. The southwest style was amazing, sauce was perfect mix of creamy and spicy. Similar to an everything sauce you see around here but was much better and for a decent price point too.”
“You won't go wrong taking this bread home to your family. Delicious, healthy and clean ingredients. If you suffer from inflammatory GI conditions, give Heidelberg a try and you'll be hooked.”
“I just love this little store! The young lady that owns this place is awesome! If you love yummy home cooked food this is your go-to place! She is a straight shooter and the truthful hilarious entertainment that you will encounter will not be forgotten and you might learn a thing or two!! Hahaha...???”
“Lowest gas prices in my area. Good people that work there. Always pleasant and helpful. They have a small convenience store and are centrally located in town. It's a nice place to get that quick loaf of bread or milk along with your gas.”
“Very welcoming by bartender and locals. We stopped in on our way through as we were heading back home to Wisconsin. The variety of beers in tap, the liquor, and beers in fridge exceeded Several places we see in Wisconsin. They even had Old Milwaukee. Also a good variety of NA beers.”
