Came for the first time and I guess it was closed for a bit. Friend requested the it’s 5 o’clock somewhere sundae even though it wasn’t on the menu, it was made and came with an umbrella. I got the unicorn sundae which was delicious and not too sweet. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Def worth the trip. I like it better than Mrs Shake.

The Knight Spot is a friendly and welcoming restaurant that offers a variety of delicious treats, especially ice cream. Visitors often find the staff accommodating and kind, making their experience enjoyable. It is a great place to stop for a Summer night treat, with endless options and unique, custom creations that cannot be found elsewhere in central NY.
Many guests have enjoyed the ice cream, including favorites like the unicorn sundae, which is described as delicious and not too sweet. Although the restaurant was sometimes closed briefly, customers have reported positive experiences, with staff going out of their way to suggest and make tasty options like the “it’s 5 o’clock somewhere” sundae, which even came with an umbrella despite not being on the menu.
One visitor stopped spontaneously during a bike trip and appreciated the friendly service, even having their battery packs charged while enjoying their ice cream. Overall, The Knight Spot is considered worth the trip and preferred by some over other local spots like Mrs Shake. It’s a place known for its welcoming atmosphere and unique treats that make it a popular choice for those seeking a sweet escape.
