I am a new starter for coffee, though all my college life, I was a loyal tea drinker. Therefore, I totally have no experience and idea with which coffee I should try. I choose to kindly ask for helping and explaining my situation. They suggested me multiple kinds of coffee, and I chose two of them to try. The people working here seem nice, and they are probably understaffed, but don’t order a Frappuccino here unless you have a half hour to wait and don’t care that it tastes anything like what you get at any other Starbucks. Second time in a month that drinks took 30 minutes and didn’t seem right. Other drinks seemed to have come out a little faster. Brewed coffee appeared to be the only “quick” item.

When my son and I walked in the staff was standing around and it took my son to say something for them to come to the register and take our order. We were the only ones in line and there was no one at the drive-thru. My coffee was horrible.
