“Recently had a wonderful experience at Applebees in Herkimer. We were sat quickly and our table was very clean. Our server Stephanie was wonderful, greeted us within seconds of sitting down to take our drink orders and gave us some time to look at the menus. Food and service were excellent! Will be back!“

Every time i come into the drive through, they're always so kind to me and super accommodating and helpful. i've read these reviews, and anyone complaining about long wait times or cold food shouldn't visit mcdonald's during their busiest times. that is common sense i fear.“

“It's getting harder to find the good diners; the ones that serve food they prepare instead of out of a can or a box or the freezer. Ann Street makes the good stuff.

We met some friends we hadn't seen in a while and enjoyed a couple of hours of good food, a pleasant place and each other's company. And we're planning meet there again, just need the date.“

“Nice place to get some fried food if you're about to hit the canal....or just feel like eating outside with some nice scenery. Quick-fix foods at an affordable price. They got burgers, hot dogs, cheese steaks, chicken fingers and fries, a meal will easily run under $10. A few basic flavors of milkshake - chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, pistachio. Several full hookup RV sites available as well.“

“Clean place. Very busy at time of stop. Prices of course are outrageous on everything except water which is 1 for $2 or 2 for $3, that you can easily swipe/tap to buy and help yourself to the bottles but they are not cold. So not sure if it is worth it in the end. Individual preference I suppose.“

“Very impressed not only with the DELICIOUSNESS of everything we ordered tonight but Over the Top customer service….ordered a pepperoni pizza take-out, along with a couple sides, which all was delicious, but unfortunately no pepperoni on our pizza. We did call to let them know of the mistake, they offered to replace, when we told them we were already enjoying the meal, everything tasted delicious, and we weren’t really able to drive the 20 minutes, and that we were satisfied with with what we’d received, they insisted on sending out an extra pepperoni pizza out with their delivery driver, since it was their (small) error! HIGHLY RECOMMEND—-It’s not often you get service like that, and everything we ordered was also 5-star!“
