Maybe they are short on help? Bathrooms desperately need attention, but I did not see any staff to tell. It was very busy and without an attendant on duty, I can understand why it was not clean.
I love this place. It's so cozy, with just ice cream, a gift shop/convenience store, and the McDonalds. Nice people have always worked here. It has classic looks, and it's always insanely clean. I'm going to very much miss this place so I've posted 43 photos and photospheres. Thanks for the memories. I've ridden out many a snowstorm in this beautiful building. It smells great in there, and it feels very much like home.

Its parking lot is clean and well lit, very big. The inside is warm and clean. The bathrooms are clean and well kept, with several stalls. I couldn't find paper to dry my hands, just the air blow device. Prices are high for food and coffee, but all the plazas on I-90 have high prices.
