Hubby and I were greeted by their friendly staff making it a very pleasant experience. The female worker they had on staff today was exceptionally nice to us too.“

“When we happen to go into Wendy's in which I prefer over any of the other fast food places. Everytime I go there I always get the chilli and small fries a small drink. My husband would order a meal.Unfortunately when we were just there on Friday, my husband told me that his burger was undercooked, this happened before on other occasions and the fries had this greasy taste to them. As if the oil that was used for the fries "Was Not Fresh!" It would be nice just for once to change out the stale oil and replace with Fresh oil. Come on now, if you still want our business, Change out The Nasty Oil replace with Fresh every so often during opening Hours. Also Please Make sure the Burgers are cooked through and also please make sure that they are kept warm. Warm enough that you can actually see steam coming from them.My advice is Do A Better job in preparing the meals. Otherwise I will write to the top company and complain about the food anything else that needs to be addressed“
“I love it there the place is so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.I would bring my family almost five to six times in a week . It is a shame what they do sometimes to that nice staff. They work so hard at night getting our orders making sure our food is fresh and our fries hot. Some people don't have patience or understanding they start making a scene as if they were waiting for hours give me break how inconsiderate not understanding it not like they won't ever get their food they don't even care if others were waiting longer than them.it is shame how being understanding and patient might be a better result then acting out like animals“
“The food here was surprisingly very good. I visited during peak drive thru hours at lunch time, and had a very very long wait. It was at least 15-20 minutes from the time I pulled in, until the time I received the food. It was honestly worth the wait though because the chicken nuggets and fries were piping hot and were super fresh! The staff were friendly even though they were super busy!“
“Consistently great! This is our third visit to an Appleby’s since we arrived in the US, and this is the third time it’s been great!The service is so good. Our server Keisha (I hope I got that right), was so good, fast efficient, friendly. She took the time to chat with us, we had some friendly banter and had an enjoyable time, she made the difference between a good and great experience.Regarding the food, between the three of us we had appetisers of onion rings, loaded waffle fries, and boneless wings with an Asian sauce, all of these were great, although the wings were a highlight.For entrees we had the bourbon grilled chicken, so moist and tender. The 8oz sirloin steak medium rare, perfect sear, perfect temperature, absolutely nailed it! And finally the penne pasta with chicken tenders with a honey sauce, also excellent. It was a lot of food that we couldn’t quite finish.Our entire meal was a very reasonable $86USThe high quality and consistency we’ve experienced has made Appleby’s our go to when we don’t know where to go.
