Jennifer, I believe a shift manager, went up and above to make sure everything was corrected after a new employee mishap. (Wrong order and wrong dollar amount) I feel this lady goes above and beyond her job description and title and definitely should get a well deserved raise.
I don’t usually do this but I got exceptional service from the shift manager Josh. I ordered the whopper meal and it was good but it was the service that blew me away. I went with my 90 year old grandmother because she loves the whopper and unfortunately the drive through was closed. Josh saw my grandmother and helped her inside so she could place her order.
