Great staff at this Taco Bell/KFC. It was very busy when I visited, but they served everyone quickly. The dining room was a bit dirty, but understandable given the high volume. Overall, I appreciated the service.
Food was fantastic. Service was the best I've seen at a fast food joint in years. Special recognition to Adam who provided the service. Helped with the order and gave some recommendations. Best steak quesadilla I've ever had, hands down. Highly recommend.
I have tried this place again because chicken is always a go to for me. They don't offer grilled chicken which sucks. Food was good. Service is ok. You get a basic interaction but never more. Atmosphere is horrible from small lot to just not a good interior. Always looks messy and things like tables look not enjoyable. If you have the time drive tru and get out.

A loyal customer reported a poor experience involving a long wait for a burrito and being served flat soda, which the staff knew about but served anyway. The food is always good, and the combination of KFC and Taco Bell together is a blessing, especially for getting honey. Overall, customers appreciate the food and the service, but the atmosphere and consistency are problematic.
