Coffee was hot, breakfast sandwiches was good.
As a former BK store manager, I really must commend my visit to the Black River Blvd Rome location today. I ordered online, and when I got there the drive thru line was very long. It went much faster than expected, and when I arrived at the window you could see the team communicating well and expediting like a well oiled machine. Oh, and btw every item ordered was perfection.
