stopped here about an hour ago sat at table 124 and placed a food order, the food was bagged and not brought to my table.
opened the bag to find my sausage egg biscuit all over the bag, in the bottom of the bag was a dirty glove
the manager on shift had no name tag on and was the one working the area putting food in bags, she said it wasn't a big deal that my food had her dirty glove in it. this is disgusting.

This Rome location is the worst establishment I have ever seen. Dirty lobby, expect a 20 minute wait for your food everytime, and somehow the order will still be wrong or cold. Last week the fella working the front counter left a line of people waiting as he went into the lobby to fill his soda. I ordered 2 pies with my breakfast and he stated they didnt have any baked.
