“I just had to leave a review.. Sunday Feb. 11th I tried placing an online order with East Syracuse Pizza Hut and I had several issues, my order would not go through for some reason. I tried at least 7 times over & over it kept saying, there was a problem with my order and it did not go through try again later! So I gave up! I fixed dinner and as I was eating a text came through and said, your Door Dash order will be there shortly!? I don't use Door Dash so, it was Pizza Hut. The guy was lost and called to see where I'm at! When the food came everything was opened meaning, the two Alfredos had no top or lid cover, all the boxes where open! My Cinnamon Sticks were in the same box with my cheese bread!? I'm OCD with cleanliness or anyone touching my food or anything else so, I definitely did not trust that and was worried about it!! I called and complained that the order wasn't suppose to have gone through, I told her! And I complained about the fact that I don't use Door Dash cause, I be worried about my food. She explained they were really busy (Super Bowl Sunday) and had to get a few Door Dash drivers to help and that my order was one of the orders that they used Door Dash for. Then she said she'll let me talk to the manager! She got back on the phone and said all the manager could do is refund me, I told her I appreciate that and I thanked her! I said are you gonna send someone back to get the stuff she said, no they can't take food back she told me don't worry about it!! I felt so bad cause my food total was $74.47 and they had no hesitation or nothing!! Wow!! Kudos to that manager and the lady I talked to, I was refunded instantly without a battle or mistreatment!! Thank you guys for you understanding, you give excellent service in general. I really felt it was unfair that I got to keep the food though. I apologize deeply for that!! Honestly, the Door Dash part was the worse part. Especially with all the boxes open and they have access to other people's food, that's a bit scary I must say!! I give you guys a great review cause your service was amazing, thanks again!!❤❤“
“Syracuse Halal Gyro has the best Halal food in the whole city. It beats out other halal restaurants on taste, portion size, price, and friendliness. The owners are very kind and are good people. My only complaint a few months ago was that they would always close too early around 10/11PM before I could get to them, but recently I heard they are now open until midnight seven days a week. This place is awesome.Vegetarian options: There is really yummy falafel and hummus! There are other options too but I didn't try them yet.“
“Parking: It's mixed with a dunkin' donuts and a convenience store so there's a decent amount of parking but there's also a gas station attached so it's like a regular store with limited parking but there's always somewhere to park.Kid-friendliness: They were awesome! The man that I experienced anyways He came out with a candy bucket for my daughter to pick candy, and stickers..just really tried to appeal to my 5-year-old It was very nice ?“
“Always jam-packed but always worth it. I made the mistake of bringing my two young children, at their request, for lunch recently. In all of the hustle and bustle, I managed to forget their favorite winter hats after we ate. I reached out the next day, and though they had a line winding outside the door, the staff managed to make time for me to track down these hats and save the day for my kids.“
“My husband loves 5 Guys. He's disabled so when he wants take out this is what he wants. And I used to love it, too. But not so much recently. Recently when I ordered a little bacon burger I got it home and there was no bacon. Granted, the last time I was there -- Friday -- I told the girl at the counter and she made sure there was bacon. So customer service is still excellent. That said, $30 for two small burgers, one medium fries, and one milk shake is not sustainable for us. So 5 Guys is something I need to save for a special treat and replace his usual take out with other options.“

“Stopped in for the first time and because the place I wanted to go was closed on a Monday. The service is super friendly and helpful. Always enjoy a pickle with a sub or sandwich. I had medium Engineer the turkey is super moist and tender. I chose wheat bread. The toping where lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mushroom and swiss cheese. The sandwich was slightly warm to melt the Swiss cheese a little bit. The tropical cherry lime drink was super sugary.“

“The young man that was working at around 6pm on 5/2 was very good he was polite and made our sandwiches very neatly, he was working alone but did not rush. If I could give him 10 stars I would he changed his gloves every time he touched a handle or a door on the equipment. I wish I knew his name he deserves recognition of his hard work.“
“Five Guys hits the spot every time! Their burgers are always juicy and flavorful, but the real stars are the fries. They're perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they don't skimp on the portion size. The free peanuts are a great touch while you wait for your food, and the chocolate milkshakes are thick, rich, and delicious.The only downside is that the fries can sometimes be a bit too salty. A minor nitpick for an otherwise fantastic restaurant experience!“
“My favorite subway to go to. The women are very friendly and they all work together great to make sure everyone gets served as fast as possible. The interior of the store is very nice too and most importantly it’s very clean and so are the employees. Whenever they aren’t making sandwiches they close the top of the sandwich station. I think this the first location I ever been to that closes the sandwich station when not in use. Always delicious subs too!“
“For no particular reason, I never really went to Arby's in the past. I am making up for lost time.If you've read my reviews, you know I'm particular about my fries. As you can guess, I'm not a fan of the curly fries cause they are seasoned. But they have crinkle cut fries that are not, and they are delicious. They also have mozzarella sticks, which, while not nearly as good as restaurant sucks, are not bad.The regular roast beef sandwich is fine for me, and they offer a variety of sauces. I recently tried the first beef slider and it was phenomenal.The only thing that would make this place better is if they had pepsi instead of coke.“

“When I spend $18 plus for a sub and ask for it to be cut into 4 qtrs and wrapped into 2 halves I DO NOT expect the person wrapping the sub to slice the wrapping paper in half with a knife and leave the ends of the sub exposed. Is there a shortage of wrapping paper ? Had I been a nasty person I would have walked out ...but i sucked it up and left. No bag for the sub and oil containers. Thats ok I have 2 arms, 10 fingers. No tip. And the next time maybe I should offer to pay extra for the extra sheet of wrapping paper and a bag! If there is a next time.“
“With a variety and versatile of meats and vegetables there's a good selection of Subs to choose from. At least three bread to choose from, go multi grain just for the stomach health or just go plan white Italian it's your choice really and don't be afraid of the cheese bread not my favorite. A good melt is the steak, but it's better fresh than letting it sit in the fridge. Can't go wrong with a tuna fish Sub with banana peppers, lettuce and tomato. There's cookies about five to choose from, recommend the oat meal raise.Vegetarian options: Just order multi grain bread with all the veggies.“
