Arby's is a fast food chain with a mix of cleanliness and prices. While the restaurant is not excessively dirty, it's not immaculate either. Portion sizes have decreased, and prices have increased. Some customers have reported issues with missing or cold food, like a roast beef sandwich and fries that were not hot. Friendly employees and quick drive-thru service are notable highlights, but attention to detail is sometimes lacking, like forgetting a shake or getting the size wrong. Many customers enjoy the buffalo sandwich, curly fries, chocolate shake, and jalapeño poppers with bronco sauce, which are fire as always.
