Got a bagel sandwich from a dunkin donuts in 31 in cicero just now . The bagel was as hard as a rock and the hash browns were a waste of money. should have used that bagel for a door stop at the front door. I Didn't have time to turn around and return this junk. What a waste. ill make sure to pass by next time. Thanks for nothing.
My family and I were on the way to lights on the lake and we stopped for some coffee to enjoy while we saw the lights. When we pulled up the drive thru at 7:30PM on 11/17 we were told “we close in 20 minutes what can we get you?” We started our order with a decaf coffee. She said she would have to make another pot of coffee because they close in 20 minutes. We continued with our order asking for a Boston crème donut and some munchkins. This is the closest Dunkin to where I live but I go out of my way to go to a different one. The food is NEVER fresh, croissants always burned, sometimes it’s inedible. Even the coffee is worse in quality. Take the 5 minutes to go to the next one over, it’s worth it
