This is the closest Dunkin to where I live but I go out of my way to go to a different one. The food is NEVER fresh, croissants always burned, sometimes it’s inedible. Even the coffee is worse in quality. Take the 5 minutes to go to the next one over, it’s worth it

Got a bagel sandwich from a dunkin donuts in 31 in cicero just now . The bagel was as hard as a rock and the hash browns were a waste of money. should have used that bagel for a door stop at the front door. I Didn't have time to turn around and return this junk. What a waste. ill make sure to pass by next time. Thanks for nothing.

Food was burnt and dried out. I gave it back three times and still BURNT!
My family and I were on the way to lights on the lake and we stopped for some coffee to enjoy while we saw the lights. When we pulled up the drive thru at 7:30PM on 11/17 we were told “we close in 20 minutes what can we get you?” We started our order with a decaf coffee. She said she would have to make another pot of coffee because they close in 20 minutes. We continued with our order asking for a Boston crème donut and some munchkins. She again told us that the donuts are limited because they close in two minutes. We again continued with our order with her saying over and over they close in 20 minutes. We decided that we were just an inconvenience to this employee and we went to the Dunkin on South Bay and were treated 110% better instead. I will never be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

i asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea. the color is supposed to be pink. why is mine 95% green tea. its not supposed to be made like this and i know its not. this is disgusting (also let me add the fact that they’re out of almost everything everyday. and only have 1-2 staff working per shift.)

As great a Dunkin’ as you could ask for. Food and drinks are on par for Dunkin. Easy on/off the highway and always fast, regardless of the line.
Absolutely SLOW. Seems the drive thru has preferred treatment because people inside wait so long they end up walking out without service, seen this at least the last 3 times I've been there. Need to get better management or more competent employees.

This location is just horrible. I work around the corner and used to make this my go to spot. but for the last year I cringe if I have to go there. My order is rarely right. I haven't been in a while and figured I'll try again... and here I am... Had it with that place. Normally I'll just accept the incorrect order because it's such a hassle getting it corrected, and more time out of my day. Today, for the first time I actually tried calling, lmao- no one answered. Let me guess, short staffed? I get it, people don't want to work.. but come on? Your store has been short staffed how long?

Every time I go there's an issue. I ask for a glazed donut I get Boston cream, I ask for a lemonade refresher they give me the green tea one. The donut thing happens more often than anything else. Also the bagel twists are over cooked ever time which I don't understand isn't there a timer? It would be fine if I wasn't on my way to work and I could just turn around and say hey fix this.
