“We had dinner Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Fulton, NY after working all day at an event in Syracuse. The food was great, Pizza Hut is always our favorite for 50+ years. And our server Jessica, literally the best we've ever had.“

“I very often come by after work through the drive-thru around 10:30 PM when I don’t feel like cooking and the staff is always so kind, my mobile order is ready on time, every time, and my food is always delicious, as a restaurant manager myself, I can say that the customer service is always on point here!“

“We had such a great experience with Kevin! He was so friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help. He was running around working hard. It’s always nice to come across someone with such a positive attitude. Someone give Kevin a raise — he deserves it!“
